The device of wheel idling automatically, air pressure moves the liquid dish, adjustment device of electric plasmas separated, paper-cored electric spray device.
The spaces between upper wheel and down corrugated roller, upper wheel and controlled-wheel adopt dual-motor with individual fine-tuning.
The quantity of paste is controlled by upper paste wheel and paste-control wheel space, the control of paste quantity and paste-control quantity can be divided into manual and automatic.
A start the motor according to the speed to achieve the paste quality when manually controlled.
B finished automatically by encoder and PLC according to the change of speed when automatically controlled.
C the numerical value is displayed on the computer interface. Assure the paste quantity when the corrugated roller is moving which can make sure the stability of pit paper quality.
Paste roller and paste-control roller can be disassembled in rail by sliding. The corrugated roller and the bearing block of the two ends can be changed into set which can shorten the repair time.
Variable frequency main motor, independent drive box, helical gear transmission, adopt the high quality alloy steel which is forged and high frequency hot treatment and rubbing of gear surface. Three axes (smooth reel, uneven reel, pulp reel) transmit the functions by universal coupling which can increase the working stability. The corrugated roller controlled by transducer can increase or decelerate the speed which can achieve the purpose of energy saving.
