Product Description:
The machine is lead edge feeding system. It can slot, cut the corner, cut the extra side and press the lines of corrugated board. The machine and the slot depth is electric adjusted, and has ruler to see the measure. The slotting phase adjustment is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360° computer adjustment. The slotting shaft and creasing wheel can move synchronously. Adopt multi-group communocation type computer
Machine features:
1. Paper feeding roller adopts patterned roller, feeding roller pressure adopts eccentric wheel adjustment with left and right eccentric wheels, can adjust the pressure synchronously.
2. Lead edge feeding unit adopts vacuum absorption device, make the feeding more smoothly, to avoid the slotting error to make upper paperboard misplace when feed paperboard, can fit to each kinds of paperboard with different quality, and sending paper stable and accurate.
3. Slotting shaft adopt graphite processed, slotting knife adopt swatooth arc-shaped semicircle knives to slot and remove the waste, paperboard get into slitting roller after slotting, slitting knives cut both sides of the paperboard neatly.
4. Paperboard is sent by six transmission shafts after slotting, corner-cutting, creasing and slitting. This machine has pre-pressing shaft and pre-pressing wheels.
5. This machine adopts electric planetary gear phase adjustment to adjust the paperoard size, can adjust without stopping.
