1. This machine is a special equipment for processing special-shaped box pieces.It is widely used for corrugated paper separation,pressing line,corner cutting,punching (clasp) and other processes of three-layer and five-layer corrugated cardboard special-shaped box pieces at one time.The machine is mainly composed of three parts:paper feeding part,die cutting part and electrical part.
2. Die cutting part is the main part of the machine,which is mainly composed of wallboard,upper and lower die cutting roller,motor and electric appliance.
3. Feeding method:chain type paperboard feeding,with photoelectric counting.
4. Die cutting roller is made of centrifugal casting material,balance correction and hard chromium plating.
5. Die cutting roller pneumatic lifting and dropping to reduce rubber pad wear.
6. 360°electric die cutting phase adjustment,convenient and fast installation.
