Product Description
1. Function characterstics
1)The machine is driven by stepless motor and its power is transmitted synchronically with gears and sprocket wheels.
2)It is featured with low noise, smooth drive and easy adjustment of breadth.
3)The paper separating blade is made of 1.2mm high-strength alloy and feeding rollers are made of rubber that leave no marks on paper.
4)The machine is error-free in paper separating and good at saving electricity with lower rate. Equipped with auto and manual blade milling unit, the machine can ensure smooth edges of the paper and non shrunken corrugations and is recongized as the ideal equipment for carbon box and packing industries.
2.Equipment Unit Picture
A. Feeding Unit
Function characterstics:
Automatic correction of feeding table ensures that the cardboard diagonal zero errors, automatic feed can reduce the worker's operational requirements.
B.Pressing and Slitting unit
Function characterstics:
1)Slitting Part : adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
2)Scoring Part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance inphase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet
uGrinding Part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
3)Electric control lift-down and correct error, easy to operate, suit for different requirements.
4)Adopt China famous brand or imported electric element, dependable performance.
5)Adopt synchronous belt drive, low noisy and work steady.
