Product Description

1. This thin blade slitting scoring machine overcomes the phenomenon of rough edge and flattening indentation,the cardboard edge smooth and no flattening phenomenon after slitting,improved the overall quality and appearance quality of the cardboard.
2. Adopt thin tungsten steel blade,the cardboard after no burrs,neat and beautiful appearance and good straightness.
3. Standard configuration 4 blades 6 scores.5 blades 8 scorers is optional.
4. The blade can be sharpened automatically or manually,and grinding while cutting improve the work efficiency.
5. Scoring wheel adopt convex pair concave wheel,good line type,no shredding and easy bending.

Paper feeding part:
Independent lead edge paperboard feeding,suction motor suction paper feeding, paper feed wheel is made of high quality polyurethane material,wear resistance,stable paper feeding,the paper feeding table surface is made of 304 stainless steel.
 

Slitting scoring part:
The slitting blade is made of tungsten carbide alloy material,which is wear-resistant and has long service life.The cut of the paperboard is neat without fracturing and burr,beautiful appearance and good straightness.The outer diameter of the blade is 190mm and the inner diameter is 120mm.
 Scoring adopts a five-point pressing line,which is beautiful in line shape,does not burst,and easy to bend.
 

Stacking part:
This part is optional.After setting the number of cardboard stacking,stack part will automatic counting and stacking, save time and effort.
