2.USAGE:
The machine is mainly used for the production and processing of the corrugated paper box, and is suitable for food packaging, fruits and vegetable packaging like the lid and base boxes or stacking boxes, etc.
3.PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS:
1)Imported intelligent glue dispensing system with automatic glue compensation;
2.) Vacuum suction type automatic paperboard feeding, and the continuous operation of feeding, wrapping, folding and molding ,Conveying, stacking is completed in one time;
3)Using Motion programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, gas source detection and operation system, touch screen man-machine interface, and implementing the whole automation process of the formation of the foldable boxes;
4)Fiber positioning and glue application when folded to reduce glue application errors.Automatically push the cardboard to apply glue front and back, reduce the error of the photoelectric eye to irradiate the cardboard, therefore gluing is more accurate;
5)Infrared safety protection system to ensure the safety of operation personnel;
6)Automatic fault diagnosis function;
