- The machine main wallboard is made of high quality steel plate with thickness 30 mm.
- Bearing synchronous belt adopts high quality belt,wear resistance and long service life
- Grinding adopts manual grinding and automatic grinding.Automatic grinding can use setting the number of slitting cardboard grinding and setting the grinding time,simple and convenient.
- The transmission is divided into main and auxiliary transmission.The main transmission adopts gear transmission,respectively drives the main shaft and slitting blade,the auxiliary transmission drives the scoring and paper feeding,so as to eliminate the problem of chain shedding after a long time of one-sided transmission.

Independent lead edge paperboard feeding,suction motor suction paper feeding, paper feed wheel is made of high quality polyurethane material,wear resistance,stable paper feed,the table is made of 304 stainless steel.
The slitting blade is made of tungsten carbide alloy,which is wear-resistant and has long service life. The cut-out paperboard is neat without fracturing and burr,beautiful appearance and good straightness.The outer diameter of the blade is 190mm and the inner diameter is 120mm.
The auto stacking part,after setting the number of cardboard stacking,automatic counting and stacking, save time and effort.
