This product line is consist by mill roll stand, corrugating cardboard single facer machine,rewinding machine. Using base kraft paper roll as material can continuously produce 2 ply single face corrugating paper and rewinding into roll. It has advanced producing flow, high effiency, strong batch, adjustability, good work condition etc trait, it is the perfect equipment of the middle, small style carton factory to proceeding the technique.

2. No paste fork,adopt external suction type paper guide,which is convenient for the core paper to cling to the corrugated roller and nice corrugated forming.
3. Corrugated roller made of high quality 48CrMo  alloy steel,after tempering and IF process,grind and surface hard chrome plated,main roller diameter 280mm,surface hardness above HRC58.
4. Pressure roller diameter 292mm,surface grinding and chrome plating.pneumatic control up and down movement,medium carbon steel 45 material,quenching and tempering (with buffer device).
