Modular Single Facer
We can supply high and stable quality Quick Change Single Facer, it has following characteristics.
1. The corrugating roll is made of special alloysteel with grinding process and induction hardened, 2. Corrugated roll surface is chrome treated; The hardness can be HRC55-60.
3. Design speed: 200m/min.
4. Dsorption method: Suction, suction hood.
5. With rotational structure, it is no need to discharge the vacuum cover when repairing or replacing the corrugated rollers.
6. The corrugated roller system and pressure roller system designrd in to module structure is convenient for maintenance or replacement.
7. Glue system can be taken off separately to maintain.
